These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the photography, video, and drone services provided by EZ Shots ("we," "us," or "I") to you ("Client"). By booking or paying for a shoot, you agree to these Terms.
EZ Shots provides real estate photography, video, and aerial drone services as described in the package you select. Deliverables, quantities, and turnaround times are those listed for your chosen package at the time of booking.
No payment is taken when you book. Your booking is confirmed as soon as you complete it on the site, and you receive a confirmation email. Payment for the package is due after the shoot, once your photos have been delivered for review, and is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are as listed on the Packages page and may change without notice for future bookings.
You are responsible for ensuring the property is ready and accessible at the scheduled time (clean, staged, lights working, pets secured). Shoots that cannot proceed due to lack of access or an unprepared property are rescheduled at no charge.
Aerial services are performed by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot and are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, and safety conditions. If aerial work cannot be safely or legally completed, we will reschedule the aerial portion or adjust the deliverables accordingly.
Edited images and video are delivered for review via a private online gallery, on average in about 24 hours and guaranteed within 72 hours of the booked shoot time. Full resolution files are released on payment. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered media to market the specific listing, including on the MLS, listing sites, and social media. EZ Shots retains copyright and may use the media in its own portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you are not happy with a delivered gallery you do not pay for it: nothing is due, or if you have already paid the full amount is refunded for any reason, with no deadline on the request, and EZ Shots pays you a further $20. If a gallery is delivered more than 72 hours after the booked shoot time, including because EZ Shots did not arrive or did not respond, the shoot is free, unless EZ Shots contacted you before the booked time to cancel or reschedule. Reasonable revisions are included at no charge within seven days of delivery. The complete policy is on the refund and cancellation page and in plain English on the guarantee page.
EZ Shots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected shoot.
