The short version. Booking costs nothing. You pay after the shoot, once you have seen the photos. If you are not happy with a delivered gallery you do not pay for it, and EZ Shots sends you $20 as well. If a gallery arrives more than 72 hours after your booked shoot time, including because EZ Shots did not show up or did not respond, you pay nothing for it.
No payment is taken when you book. After the shoot you receive your photos to review, and payment is due only if you are happy with them. If you are not happy with a gallery EZ Shots has delivered, you do not pay for that shoot. If you had already paid, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days. In addition, EZ Shots pays you $20, sent separately by whichever method you and EZ Shots agree on. No reason has to be given, and no deadline applies to the request. This covers your first booking and every booking after it.
The $20 is paid once for each gallery. It is not paid on a shoot that was already free under the 72 hour delivery guarantee in section 3.
To claim, press Not happy on your booking page (linked from every booking email), reply to the email with your photos, or write to and say the gallery missed.
Full resolution files are released on payment, and the license to use the images begins with payment. A gallery that is not paid for, or that is refunded, is not licensed: the license ends when the refund is issued, and those images must be removed from the MLS, your website, social accounts and any print materials still in production. A gallery you did not pay for is not a licensed gallery.
Galleries are delivered in about 24 hours on average. The guaranteed outer limit is 72 hours, measured from the booked shoot start time to the time the delivery email is sent. If delivery is later than 72 hours, the shoot is free: nothing is due, any payment already made is refunded in full, and you keep the license to the photos and video. This includes EZ Shots failing to arrive for the shoot or failing to respond to you. The clock is set aside only if EZ Shots contacted you before the booked start time to cancel or reschedule the shoot.
Two things pause that clock, and both are client initiated: a twilight or second visit that you requested, and revisions requested after an initial delivery. Nothing on the photographer side pauses it, including equipment failure, editing backlog, scheduling, or a missed appointment that was not cancelled in advance.
A shoot is the Real Estate Media Package at a flat $179, with an optional listing video for $100, $279 together. An agent's first booking with EZ Shots is $99 for the package instead of $179, one per agent, checked against earlier bookings; the video is never discounted. The amount due is fixed when you book and is charged only after you have seen the photos. Bookings made before October 6, 2026 keep the package and price they were booked at, including any first shoot discount that applied then.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked shoot at any time before the scheduled start, at no charge. Move or cancel it yourself from your booking page, linked in your confirmation email. There is no cancellation fee, however late, because nothing is paid until you have seen the photos.
Aerial photography requires safe and legal flying conditions. High wind, precipitation, poor visibility or a temporary flight restriction may prevent the drone portion of a shoot. Some Metro Detroit addresses fall in controlled airspace and require FAA authorization before a flight; where authorization cannot be obtained, aerials cannot be flown at that address. In any of these cases EZ Shots will either return for the aerial portion at no additional charge or reduce the shoot price by the value of that portion, at your choice.
Reasonable edits to a delivered gallery, such as an object removal, a re crop or a brightness adjustment, are included at no charge when requested within seven days of delivery. Requests that amount to a new shoot, such as different rooms, a different season or staging that was not present on the day, are quoted as a new booking.
Standard pricing covers Metro Detroit: Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. Properties more than approximately 30 miles outside that area may carry a travel fee, which is quoted before the shoot. If it does not work for you, cancel at no charge.
Email with your name, the property address and the shoot date. Refund and cancellation requests are acknowledged within 24 hours.
