This Privacy Policy explains how EZ Shots collects and uses your information when you use this website or book a shoot.
When you book a shoot or use the contact form you give us your name, email address and phone number, the property address and details about it (size, whether it is occupied, how to get in, and any notes), your brokerage, and the time you chose. No payment is taken when you book. Payment after the shoot is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
To review, confirm and carry out your shoot, to take payment and send refunds, to email you about your booking, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Stripe processes payments and refunds. Google Gmail sends booking and contact emails. Railway hosts this website and the database the bookings are kept in. TidyCal books phone calls. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Booking records are kept as long as they are needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted. Contact form messages are kept in email.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser remembers your light or dark theme and, while you book, the time you are holding. The admin area uses one sign in cookie for the site owner only.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing .
