EZ Shots is a one person operation out of Metro Detroit. When you book, I am the person who answers the email, shows up at the property, edits the gallery and sends it back.

The things agents ask first

How fast do I actually get the photos?

The average is about 24 hours, which usually means shot today, in your inbox tomorrow morning. The promise on paper is 72 hours from the time you booked. If a gallery is ever later than that, you do not pay for the shoot. That includes me not showing up or not answering, unless I told you before the shoot that it was cancelled or moved.

What does it cost?

$179 for the Real Estate Media Package: interior, exterior and drone photos, professionally edited, up to 75 finished images. Add the listing video for $100, so $279 with it. Your first shoot with EZ Shots is $99. Nothing is due until you have seen the photos.

What happens if I am not happy with the photos?

You do not pay for them. Nothing is due when you book. You get the photos, you look at them, and if they are not what you needed you say so. You pay nothing, and I send you $20 on top for the morning the shoot cost you. That applies to the first shoot and to every shoot after it, so there is never a booking where you are stuck with photos you do not like. Full details here.

Do I need to be at the property?

No. A lockbox code or a seller who can let me in is enough. Send any notes about rooms to prioritize or skip and I will follow them.

Are the drone shots really included?

Yes, with every shoot. Weather and airspace permitting, since Part 107 rules and controlled airspace near the Metro Detroit airports are real constraints. If aerials cannot be flown safely or legally that day, I reschedule that portion at no charge or discount the shoot.

What sizes do the files come in?

Every gallery ships MLS sized JPEGs that upload without resizing, plus full resolution versions for print, flyers and social. Video comes as a horizontal cut and a vertical cut.
