You do not need to message first. Pick a package and a time on the live calendar, $0 down, and you are booked on the spot. You pay after you have seen the photos.
Before you write
Most listings get on the calendar within 48 hours of the request, often sooner outside of spring. If it is urgent, say so in the message and I will tell you the earliest slot honestly.
No. A lockbox code, a seller at home, or a listing partner letting me in all work. Send any notes about what to prioritize.
Interiors happen regardless. If rain or wind blocks the aerials, I return for that portion at no charge or take it off the price.
Sometimes. Anything more than about 30 miles outside the area may carry a travel fee, quoted before you commit to anything.
